Group rules from the admins

1.     Be Kind and Courteous

We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

2.     No Hate Speech or Bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

3.     No rudeness, unkindness, or exclusion of any kind

My team and I work really, really hard to create a culture of kindness in Folsom & El Dorado Hills Living. We do not tolerate anything that excludes others.

5.     No promo allowed

This includes soft promo, dropping any external links, links to freebies, links to surveys, links to your free Facebook groups, etc. The only exceptions to this rule are local events such as charitable fundraisers, arts & entertainment, and real estate agents may promote their new listings/open houses.

6.     No video content

It’s impossible for our team to moderate video content and so we have no way of ensuring we are keeping our community members safe. For that reason, we do not allow video content.

7.     Absolutely no promoting in comments

Nothing will get a ban faster than pitching your product or service in the comments of someone else’s posts. We simply do not allow that, for any reason. You will be instantly banned.
