It’s good when a real estate agent offers a website to help potential buyers learn about a home that is for sale. But, it’s GREAT when that website is designed by the listing agent with analytics that tell a home seller how much attention their house is getting. When I list a home for sale my client will see results via website visits which exceed that of traffic via the MLS.
Most importantly, I can show visitors much more via a website than real estate agents are allowed to provide in the MLS. For example, I can include much more detailed descriptions of the home, neighborhood shopping center images, offers of seller to buyer’s agent directed compensation, and neighborhood park pictures.
